Mike Agoston - Chief Executive Officer
Pioneer in Surgical Instrument Management and Surgical Instrument Repair industry. Mike brings nearly 30 years experience working with hospital systems across the US to increase efficiencies, reduce cost and improve patient safety. Mike's background included working for the largest family owned and operated surgical instrument repair company in North America. Mike was instrumental in developing many of the key processes, procedures, and protocols that are fundamental to the surgical instrument management industry today. Mike has dedicated and focused his career by assisting hospital systems to bring the demand for quality and constraints of cost into balance.
Jenny Agoston - Chief Operating Officer
Jenny has 20 years experience in information systems, support and customer service. Jenny supports customer service, accounting, reporting, and information systems for ORx.
Katie Agoston, MSN, CNP - Chief Nursing Officer
Katie's is a Certified Nurse Practioner as well as she provides oversight of regulatory and certifications for the ORx team. Katie is involved in quality control as well as provides expert advice for our staff as it relates to safety at our lab and customer locations.
Joe Dinh, CSPDT - Vice President of Sales Administration and Operations
Joe has spent the last ten years overseeing sales administration and operational initiatives as well as quality control oversight and production. Joe has spent last ten years in the Operating Room working with surgeons and surgical teams and has expertise in video, surgical instrument repair, and
Ian Adams, CSPDT - Director of Sales and Operations
Ian has OR experience working with Neuro Teams at large Cincinnati based hospital system. He is responsible for sales and field operations. Ian is trained in surgical instrument repair and brings a wealth of expertise in this area.
Chris Agoston, CSPDT - Senior Repair Specialist
Chris has spent last five years repairing surgical instruments and received his training by the top repair specialists in the United States. In addition Chris has worked in some of the nations largest Sterile Processing Departments in quality control and tray assembly. Chris is expert level with all stainless, scope, and surgical instrumentation. He has recently obtained designation as Sr. Repair Specialist and has trained with the top repair specialists in North America.
Nam Tran, CSPDT - Instrument Specialist
Nam has spent last four years working as surgical instrument specialist. He is an expert in inspecting and building instrument trays as well as has obtained flexible scope training certification from Olympus. Nam is working on multiple designations currently and intends to head up training divison at ORx.
Zach Wiley, CSPDT - Instrument Specialist
Zach has spent last four years working as surgical instrument specialist. Zach is a Certified SPD Technician has worked at some of the nations largest Sterile Processing Depts. Zach has most recently been training in instrument repair and is now a repair apprentice.
Drew Fiessinger, CSPDT - Instrument Specialist
Drew has spent the last four years working as surgical instrument specialist. Drew is Certified SPD Technician has worked at some of the nations largest Sterile Processing Depts. Drew is training in surgical instrument repair and is now a repair apprentice.
Mandi Kline - Instrument Specialist
Mandi has spent last four years working as a surgical instrument specialist. Mandy is a Certified Surgical Technologist and has been a Scrub Tech working in surgery over past ten years.
Denaire Nori, CSPDT - Instrument Specialist
Denaire has spent last 15 years working as a surgical instrument specialist and is trained to work interoperatively. She most recently completed her CSPDT designation and is an expert in surgical instrument managment.
